番茄产品企业标准的制定与探讨

摘    要:以“朝研219”番茄为试材,针对配送企业生产实际需求,根据鲜食大果番茄的品种特性,参考了相关国家标准、农业行业标准、日本和台湾的番茄分级标准,对盛产期番茄进行了质量和大小的测定并对分级进行了初步设计.结果表明:大果型番茄可划分为2个质量等级和5个大小等级,此标准适用于鲜食大番茄的市场流通、贮藏和销售.
