| 摘 要： | 通过盆栽模拟试验,研究0、35、250、500、1 000 mg/kg不同浓度铅胁迫对狗牙根植物叶片叶绿素含量变化的影响.结果表明:不同铅浓度处理在同一天中,当营养液中pb2+浓度在35 mg/kg时,叶绿素含量最高,且与其它浓度下叶绿素含量呈极显著差异；随着pb2+浓度增加,叶绿素含量逐渐降低；说明低浓度铅营养液能促进狗牙根叶绿素含量的合成,高浓度的铅营养液能抑制狗牙根叶绿素含量的合成.而同一铅浓度处理在不同天数中,随着浇灌含铅营养液天数的增加,各浓度下狗牙根叶片叶绿素含量大致呈现降低的趋势,且浓度越高,降低越明显.

| Abstract: | The influences on Pb of 0,35,250,500,1 000 mg/kg to chlorophyll content of Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers)through potted experimental was studied.The results showed that the chlorophyll content was the highest and had remarkable difference with other Pb2+ density when Pb2+ density was 35 mg/kg on same day,and the chlorophyll content reduced gradually with Pb2+ density increasing.Low Pb2+ concentrations could promote synthesis of chlorophyll of Cynodon dactylon(L.),and high Pb2+ concentration could inhibit synthes... |
