小豆花芽分化的研究

摘    要:在光镜和扫描电镜下,对小豆花芽分外部形态及内部的组织分化和营养物质变化等进行了综合研究。结果表明,小麦花序为复总状花序;花芽形态分化的进程可划分为:未分化期、花序原基分化期;花原基分化期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊和雌蕊原基分化期、雄蕊和雌蕊结构分化期等7期,细胞分裂快,合成作用旺盛的原基中,蛋白质含量高,淀粉粒则分布在原生分组织衍生的组织内。

Abstract:At the level of observations by light microscope and scanning electron microscope, a comprehensive study was made on the morphology, histology and the dynamic changes of nutritive substances in the differentiation of floral bud in adzuki beau (Vigna angualris Ohwi and Ohashi. ) (1) Inflorescence belongs to compound raceme; (2) The process of differentiation of flower bud may be divided into seven stages: predifferentiation stage, inflorescence primordium differentiation stage, flower primordium differentiation stage, sepal primordium differentiation stage,petal primordium differentiation stage, stamen and pistil primordium differentiation stage, stamen and pistil structural differentiation stage. (3) Microchemical examinations showed that the proteins often occurred in the primordial regions where the cells multiplied rapidly and assimilated vigorously, while the starch grains were more likely to accumulate and distribute in the portions which were derived from promeristem.
