摘    要:湖北省生物农药工程研究中心针对抗性小菜蛾筛选获得高毒力菌株苏云金芽胞杆菌(NBIV-330),制备出50000 IU/mg苏云金芽胞杆菌NBIV-330可湿性粉剂。该产品用于防治抗性小菜蛾,每亩用量30~50 g,药后3 d防治效果达到85%以上。

Abstract:The wettable powder of Bacillus thuringiensis with potency of 50000IU/mg was developed by Hubei Biopesticide Engineering Research Center with highly toxic B. thuringiensis strain NBIV-330 obtained from the strain collection through screening with resistant Plutella xylostella. The product is used to prevent and control resistant diamond-diamond-moth, the control effect reaches over 85% with the dosage of 30~50 g/mu 3 days after treatment.
