TP爆裂玉米的品种特性

摘    要:从泰国爆裂玉米TP中分离出30多个株系,对它们的生育期、穗部性状和爆裂品质进行了观察和测定。结果表明,绝大多数株系从出苗至抽雄期为68天左右,各株系表现出穗较长较粗、行数多、单株产量较高的特点,平均穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重、单株产量分别为15.9cm、3.4cm、15.7行、39粒、13.5g和71.3g。爆花率平均为886%,27%以上的株系高于95%。膨胀倍数平均为16.4倍。30%以上的株系在18倍以上。膨胀体积平均为21.3ml/g,13%的株系在250ml/g以上,穗部性状与爆裂品质之间只有微弱的相关,表明对TP群体进行进一步改良是有潜力的。

Abstract:More than 30 lines derived from improved TP popcorn were used to observe their growth period, determine their ear characters and popping quality. The results showed that it was about 68 days for most of lines to glow from sprouting to tasseling. The lines involving in this stndy had the haracteristics of longer and wider ears with more rows,and higher yield/plant,and their mean ear length,ear diameter,row number,kernels/row,100-kernel weight and yield/plant were 15.9cm,3.4cm,15.7 row,39 kernels,13.5g and 71.3g respectively.The mean popping percentage was 88.6%with 27%of the lines more than 95%,and the mean popping expansion reached 16.4 times with 30%of the lines higher than 18 times,and the mean popping volume was 21.3ml/g with 13%of the lines larger than 25.0 ml/g.No significant correlation between the ear characters and the popping quality was found,suggsting that further improvement of TP popeorn was available.
