陆良烟区土壤有效硫含量和烤烟硫含量的分布特点及关系分析

摘    要:分析了云南省陆良烟区土壤硫素和烤烟硫含量的分布状况及其相互关系,结果表明:(1)土壤有效硫含量平均为51.35±33.56 mg kg-1,变幅为13.14~239.74 mg kg-1,其中21.13%的土样处于适宜范围,61.50%的土样偏高。随着p H的增大,土壤有效硫含量降低。随着土壤有机质含量的增加,土壤有效硫含量增加,缺硫样本比例降低。(2)烤烟硫含量平均为0.238%±0.116%,变幅为0.07%~0.886%,59.25%的烟样处于0.2%~0.7%适宜范围内,40.37%的烟样小于0.2%,仅有0.38%的样本大于0.7%。不同品种间烤烟硫含量为K326红大NC102NC297云烟97云烟87。(3)烤烟硫含量(y)与土壤有效硫含量(x)呈极显著直线正相关(y=0.001x+0.2,R=0.233)。(4)烤烟硫含量与总糖、还原糖、氯、镁、钼、钾、磷、铜、锌、硼、石油醚提取物、挥发性酸、绿原酸、莨菪亭、香气质、香气量、余味和燃烧性达显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01)相关。

Analysis on the Distribution of Sulfur in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf and Soil in the Tobacco-growing area of Luliang

Abstract:This research analyzed the distribution of sulfur in flue-cured tobacco and soil in tobacco-growing areas of Luliang.The result showed that:(1) The content of soil available sulfur ranged from 13.14 to 239.74 mg kg-1,with a mean of 51.35 ± 33.56 mg kg-1.About 21.13% soil sample had a suitable level of soil available sulfur and 61.50% at high level.The content of soil available sulfur decreased with the rise of soil pH,while it increased with the rise of soil organic matter.The proportion of samples at the sulfur deficient level in total soil samples decreased.(2) Sulfur content in flue-cured tobacco leaf ranged from 0.078% to 0.886%,with a mean of 0.238% ± 0.116%.Samples with the suitable sulfur contents (0.2%-0.7%) accounted for 59.25%,less than 0.2% accounting for 40.37%,and more than 0.7% accounting for 0.38% only.The sulfur content in flue-cured tobacco leaf was K326 > Hongda > NC102 >NC297 > Yunyan97 > Yunyan87.(3) Linear regression equation (y =0.001x + 0.2,R =0.233) was established between sulfur content in flue-cured tobacco (x) and soil available sulfur content (y).(4) Sulfur content had significant (P < 0.05) positive correlation (P < 0.01) with total sugar,reducing sugar,chlorine,magnesium,molybdenum,potassium,phosphorus,copper,zinc,boron,petroleum ether extract,volatile acid,chlorogenic acid,scopoletin content,aroma quality,aroma quantity,taste and combustibility in flue-cured tobacco.
