山茶扦插技术研究

摘    要:进行了扦插基质、季节和生根剂浓度对山茶扦插效果的影响研究,即选择不同的基质作插壤,用不同浓度的ABT1号生根粉溶液处理山茶插穗切口,分别在夏季和冬季进行对比扦插试验。结果表明:冬季扦插山茶选用锯末作基质生根率最高,锯末与蛭石、河沙中的扦插生根率之间存在极显著差异;同一河沙基质夏季扦插的生根率比冬季高且生根快;浓度0.0125%~0.1%ABT1号生根粉溶液对扦插生根有很好的促进作用,且不同浓度之间无显著差异。

Abstract:The experiment in the cuttage of Camellia japonica was conducted in summer and winter and the incision was treated with different concentration of ABT-1 solution and the cutting branches were planted in various matrixes.The results indicated that:1)the ratio of root generation was the highest in matrix of wood powder in winter, but in matrix of river sand; the cuttage in summer was better than in winter;2)the concentration of ABT-1 solution between 0.0125% and 1% can accelerate root generation of Camellia japonica cutting, but there was no significant difference among various concentrations.
