摘    要:对重庆三峡库区家禽体外土壤、粮食、饮水生态体系,Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Se5种微量元素含量进行了测定,并与家禽对铜等5种元素的营养需求比较分析。结果表明:三峡库区土壤中Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Se含量不缺乏;但小麦、稻谷及玉米中Cu,Zn,Mn,Se含量不能满足家禽的营养需要;饮水中Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Se含量符合国家标准对生活饮用水的限量规定。

Abstract:Samples of soil, foodstuff and drinking water were taken form the Three-Gorges Reservoir Region and the contents of Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn and Se in them were determined and coompared with the requirements of the 5 elements by the poultry. The results indicated that the soil was not deficient in these elements, the contents of Cu, Zn, Mn and Se in wheat, rice and maize grains were insufficient for the growth processes of the poultry and the contents of the 5 elements in the drinking water determined met the requirements stipulated in the related National Standards.
