| 摘 要： | 着重概述了几种主要宽皮柑橘的特点,以及在种质资源保存、鲜食、加工和旅游观光等方面的用途。介绍了现代生物技术手段,如分子标记技术(RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、RAMP、REMAP等)、基因工程技术及细胞工程技术在宽皮柑橘中的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The characteristics to the several major Citrus Reticulata Blanco,the germplasm resources for the preservation,fresh food,processing,tourism,and other related purposes were summarized.The application of modern biotechnology tools in research of Citrus Reticulata Blanco,including molecular markers(RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,RAMP,REMAP),gene engineering technology and cell engineering technology,were introduced. |
