硒中毒雏鸭自由基与细胞凋亡的关系

摘    要:为深入研究硒的毒理机制,选择健康雏鸭做试验动物,通过人工方法复制硒中毒病模型,应用化学发光法测定全血氧自由基的含量,应用电子显微镜技术和原位末端标记技术研究肝细胞凋亡。结果表明:试验组与对照组相比,血液中自由基含量增加,肝细胞凋亡增强,并且具有时间-效应关系。从而说明,硒中毒通过自由基诱导细胞凋亡产生毒性作用。

Abstract:To investigate the mechanism of selenium toxicology, health ducklings were duplicated selenosis model artificially, determined the free radical in serum though chemiluminescence method and investigated the liver apoptosis though electron microscope technique and in situ end-labelling technique. The result showed that the content of free radical in whole blood and the apop- tosis in hepatic cells increased remarkably, indicating the selenium toxicity should be originated from the apeptosis induced by the free radicals .
