白僵蚕高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究

摘    要:【研究目的】采用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)建立白僵蚕的指纹图谱。【方法】:电解质溶液由以10mmol/L磷酸二氢钠-20mmol/L的硼砂溶液(pH8.62)作缓冲液,在25℃,20kV的压力下进行电泳,201nm波长处检测,线性关系良好,在25min内完全分离。【结果】:上述条件下,白僵蚕成分得到了较好的分离,方法学考察结果符合定量测定和定性研究的要求。【结论】:该方法具有较好的分离效果和良好的精密度,可考虑作为白僵蚕的质量控制方法

Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】To establish a method for HPCE finger printing determination of white muscardine silkworm. 【METHOD】Electrophoretic conditions were as follows: an applied voltage of 20kV, at 25℃, detected at a wavelength 201nm. 【RESULTS】The main components in white muscardine silkworm are successfully separated. The observation of methodology was in keeping with quantitative determination and qualitative study. 【CONCLUSION】This method can be used for the quality control of the preparation of white muscardine silkworm with good precision.
