| 摘 要： | 本文通过使用COM技术、基于数据库和C/S体系结构，实现了一种安全的、主要针对Office文件进行管理的网络文档管理系统，文内介绍了系统的功能设计、文件内容保存的方式，以及如何在应用程序中控制Office文件。

| Abstract: | Based on COM, database and Client/Server structure, this paper has realized one kind of Documents Management System that mainly carries on the office document management and more safety. The main idea is system design, how to save files into database, and a method of taking control of office files in the program. |
