| 摘 要： | 本文采用ADO（Active Data Objects,动态数据对象）进行数据库和VBA（Visual Basic For Application）的通讯,解决了日常办公中需要将数据库数据移植到办公自动化软件（WORD）中需要重新录入的困难,实现了文本数据、表格数据和图像数据的自动载入,提高了办公自动化的水平。同时输出的办公文档可以随时保持和数据库的同步,保证了文件的时效性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the technique of Active Data Objects （ADO） to sustain the communication between the database and Visual Basic for Application （VBA）. VBA could solve the problem of data transplant between database with office software （WORD） and implement the automatic download of text, chart and image from database. Office document could sustain the communication with database timely so it could ensure the data is always up-to-the-minute. |
