| 摘 要： | 发展农业信息化项目是建设社会主义新农村的内在需要。本文基于现代公共产品理论，对农业信息化项目进行了分析，论证其属于公共资源的范畴，并提出我国农业信息化项目的发展模式。

| Abstract: | Developing agricultural information-based projects is the intrinsic need of new countryside construction. In the theory of collective consumption goods, agricultural information-based projects were analyzed and regarded as public resource. Finally, according to characteristics of agricultural information-based projects, the mode of development was put forward. |
