摘    要: 以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了盆栽条件下氮素用量对烟叶的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)等酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:随施氮量的增加,烟叶叶绿素含量,NR,SOD,CAT,PPO活性均呈上升趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈减小趋势,变化的幅度在烟叶部位之间存在差异。施氮量120 kg/hm2(7.92g/株)时,烟叶中的酶活性均处于最佳值。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen application on several enzyme activities: the contents of chlorophyll,nitrate reductase (NR),superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were studied with the cultivar K326 under pot experimentThe results showed that the contents of chlorophyll,the activities of NR,SOD,CAT and PPO increased with the increase of nitrogen ratio,while the contents of MDA decreased.Although the degreed of changes were different on leaf position, but the optimum amount of nitrogen fertilization is 120kg/hm~2(7.92g per plant).
