| 摘 要： | 土地银行是1项重大的制度创新，对于盘活农村土地市场、推动城乡建设用地一体化建设、完善金融体系具有十分重要的意义。通过对国内外土地银行的阐述，提出我国土地银行的内涵。运用SWOT分析方法进行分析，并提出对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Land bank is a great institutional innovation, which is very important for reinvigorating the rural land market, promoting the integration construction of rural-urban construction land use and perfecting the financial system. Through elaborating the land bank at home and abroad, the connotation of land bank in China are put forward, and it is analyzed using SWOT method. The countermeasures and suggestions are porposed. |
