The programs of water conservancy of agriculture land in Northern Huaihe River Plain |

| Abstract: | This study investigates the overall position of water conservancy of agriculture land in area of North Huaihe River Plain. It mainly focuses on key problems of water conservancy of agriculture land according to North Plain development and natural condition. This study also tends to promote suggestions on flood prevention, waterlogging, irrigation, water zoology, project construction and run management, in order to improve harmonious development of district population, resources, environment and economic. |
