| 摘 要： | 本研究将采自北京市丰台区艾Ａｒｔｅｍｉｓｉａｓｐ．根上的短体线虫描述为短体线虫属一新种，命名为艾短体线虫Ｐｒａｔｙｅｎｃｈｕｓａｒｔｅｍｉｓｉａｅｎ．ｓｐ．，其是短体线虫属内一两性生殖的种，唇区大多有两个环纹。在扫描电镜下观察发现唇盘与中唇融合形成一光滑、连续的结构。口针短，长１１．５０～１４．６３（１３．６２）μｍ，口针基球圆形。Ｖ＝７６．０－８１．２（７８．２２）。受精囊卵圆形至长椭圆形，内充满精子。尾部圆锥形，尖端宽圆、光滑无环纹。雄虫大量存在。

| Abstract: | Pratylenchus artemisiae,a new bisexual species of root-leision nematodes was collected from Artemisia sp.in Beijing.The primary distingushing characters are a low,offset head with two annules;oral disc and medial lips are fused to form one smooth continuous structure;stylet length of 11.50-14.63(13.62)μm,stylet knob rounded with little variation in shape;value of 75.9-81.7(78.22),spermatheca oval to oblong,usually containing spermatozoa,and a subcylindrical tail with a broadly rounded,smooth terminus.Male abundant,spicules slender,with the length of 13.59-16.72(15.19)μm,and guernaculum 3. 14-5.23(4.05)μm long. |
