克线磷在珠兰植株中的残留测定

摘    要:设计了利用气相色谱双火焰光度检测器测定克线磷及其有毒代谢产物在珠兰植株中残留量的方法。该方法的回收率为86% ̄92.5%。对二次施药法培育脱线虫蛛兰苗试验中的珠兰叶片的残留检测表明:在距最后一次施药后的第120d,其残留为3mg/kg,第230d的残留降为1.81 ̄1.85mg/kg,第350d的残留为0.8 ̄0.9mg/kg,残留在4个月后,以大约每4个月衰减一半左右的速度递减。

Abstract:A specific gas chromatographic procedure using a two flame photometric detector was designed for the determination of Fenamiphos and its toxic metabolites in chulan plants.The recovery of the method ranged from 86% to 92.5%.Determination of the residues of chulan leaves from the experiment of breeding nematode free Chulan seedling by a two times fenamiphos treatment indicated that:the residue was 3 mg/kg at the 120th day after the final fenamiphos treatment ,1.81 to 1.85 mg/kg at the 230th day and 0.8 to 0.9 mg/kg at the 350th day .The residue declined about a half in every four month 4 month after the final treatment.
