| 摘 要： | 调节植物保护事故纠纷是植保执法管理工作的重要内容。作者根据各级植保机构依法处理植保事故的实践经验，结合多年从事植保执法工作的体会，对植保事故纠纷调解中的一些关键问题进行了梳理，并提出了进一步的规范措施。

| Abstract: | Mediation of plant protection accident disputes is an important content of law enforcement and management of plant protection.According to the practical experience in plant protection agencies at all levels of processing plant accident in accordance with the laws , some key problems in plant protection accident disputes mediation was analyzed combining with the experience of law enforcement work for many years engaged in plant protection, and the further regulating measures was put forward. |
