| 摘 要： | 临朐县地处沂蒙山区,地形地貌复杂,水土流失严重,已构成阻碍全县农业生产发展和经济飞跃的关键因素。对此,中共临朐县委、县政府根据全县水土流失状况,以小流域为单元,进行规模治理、集中治理、综合治理;采取劳动积累用工,“五个一点”的投工投资政策;多种形式的开发治理与承包受益相联系的措施,使全县水土流失有较为明显的控制,经济效益、生态效益和社会效益都有明显的提高,为山东省石质山地综合治理提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Linqu county which stands in Yimeng mountain area has a varied topography and soilerosion is serious. It have hindered the development of the agricultural production and economic development. In order to solve the problem, the communism committee andgovenment of Linqu carried the controling method out according to the situation of waterand soil erosion. The scale control, concentracting control and multipufpose control wereconducted, which was based on the unit of small drainage area. Several policies, such as accumlating laboring, intensive rotating control and 'Five with one point" were used in theproject. The special measures that can combine the control for development with thebenifits from it were also adopted. As a result, the soil erosion is contorlled, and, the economical efficiency is enhanced significantly. |
