小麦品种的抗白粉病基因推导

摘    要:利用20个白粉菌株对26个含有已知抗白粉基因的材料和10个对小麦白粉菌具有良好抗性的小麦品种进行接种,分析了小麦的抗白粉基因.结果表明,保丰104含抗性基因Pm2+6,Sunwon85、WF08-182含抗性基因Pm5+Pm8,京冬8号和西峰20含抗性基因Pm2+Pm8,南大2419和川育55871含有Pm24+Pm8,兰天18含有与Era相同的抗性基因,兰天17和绵阳28含有未知的抗性较强的基因.

Abstract:The effective resistant genes of 10 wheat cultivars were identified by comparing their resistant spectra with 26 wheat lines with known powdery mildew resistance genes, which were inoculated with 20 different isolates of powdery mildew. Results showed that cultivar Baofeng104 carried resistant gene Pm2+6. Sunwon85 and WF08-182 had Pm5+Pm8. Jingdog8 and Xifeng 20 had Pm2+Pm8.
