| 摘 要： | 将18头3周龄仔猪分成三组,分别用三种伪狂犬病毒株从脑内、鼻道和肌肉感柴。结果有13头仔猪出现明显症状,12头死亡。内脏器官充血、出血、发炎和坏死。在扁桃体、淋巴结和肺内发现嗜酸性核内包涵体。毒株和接种途径不同,临床症状和病理变化有一定的差异。

| Abstract: | 18 three— week— old piglets were divided into three groups. They were experimentally infected with three strains of psrudorabies virus by three routes of inoculation. The results showed that 12 piglets of them occurred apparent clinical signs and died at last. Hyperemia, hemorrhage, inflammation and necrosis were found in a number of organs and tissues. Intranuclear inclusion bodies were observed in tonsils, lungs and lymph nodes. The lesions found in this experiment varied with different virus strains and routes in inoculation. |
