摘    要:采用盆栽法研究土壤水分条件对毛白杨菌根接种生长及营养生理效应的影响,结果表明:土壤水分胁迫对毛白杨菌根接种效应有很大的负作用,菌根接种苗对土壤积水十分敏感,对土壤干旱则表现出了较强的抗御能力,特别是缩球囊霉菌与硬皮马勃的混合接种具有十分显著的增产作用;土壤水分胁迫对菌根接种苗N素营养生理特性的影响远大于对P素的影响;水分胁迫(特别是干旱)条件下,菌根接种对苗木N元素吸收的促进作用仍很显著,在提高苗

The Influence of Soil Moisture on the Growth and the Nutrition Physiology of Populus tomentosa Cuttings Inoculated with Mycorrhizal Fungi

Abstract:Pot experiments were used to research into the influence of soil moisture on the growth and the nutrition physiology of Populus tomentosa cuttings inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi. The results showed that stress of soil moisture had a great negative influence on the effects of mycorrhizal inoculation of the poplar. The cuttings inoculated were highly sensitive to flooding while they showed great tolerance against drought, especially the cuttings mixedly inoculated with Glomus constrictum and Scleroderma sp.. Stress of soil moisture showed greater influence on characteristics of the nutrition physiology of N element than that of P element. The proportions of P in leaves of the cuttings inoculated were only observably bigger than that of the control cuttings under drought stress, especially the cutting inoculated with Scleroderma sp.. Nutrition of N element of the cuttings inoculated was worsened, but the effect of mycorrhizal inoculation on their absorption of N element was still observable, specially the effect on the proportion of N in the leaves, the inoculations could be arranged in order of the content of N in leaves as follows: Scleroderma sp.>AM fungi >AM fungi Scleroderma sp.. Synthesis and accumulation of PRO and soluble glucosum were promoted by mycorrhizal inoculations under drought stress, so that the tolerance against drought of the cuttings inoculated was great strengthened, of them the cuttings mixedly inoculated showed more tolerance against drought than the cuttings inoculated with Scleroderma sp.. It would be thought that the major reason, strengthening the tolerance against drought of the cuttings inoculated, was their relative big absorption and proportion of N element in leaves.
