外源α-淀粉酶对肉仔鸡消化器官发育及小肠消化酶活性影响?的后续效应

摘    要:选取1日龄AA肉鸡330羽,随机分成3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复22羽,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和在基础日粮中添加1,000U/kg(250mg/kg)、9,000U/kg(2250mg/kg)α-淀粉酶的试验组日粮至7日龄后,停止饲喂加酶日粮,改饲对照组(不添加酶)的日粮,饲喂3周,分别考察在停喂淀粉酶后的第3、7、14d肉鸡消化器官重量及小肠消化酶活性的变化。结果表明:饲喂淀粉酶对7日龄肉鸡肝脏、胰腺、肌胃、腺胃相对重量和小肠相对长度均无明显影响,但小肠相对重增加了4.2%~47.6%,停饲淀粉酶后第3d(10日龄)和第7d(14日龄),各试验组肉鸡小肠相对重量仍分别高出5.4%~34.0%(P<0.05)和13.8%~20.4%,第14d(21日龄)有所恢复;7日龄肉鸡小肠内容物淀粉酶和总蛋白酶活性活性亦未受影响,但在停喂淀粉酶后7d(14日龄),试验组小肠内容物中的淀粉酶活性均显著下降(P<0.05)。提示外源淀粉酶对内源酶活性的影响有后续效应。

Abstract:Three hundred and thirty 1-day-old AA broiler chickens were randomly allocated to three groups for 5 replicates with 22 broliers each, and fed a commercial starter diet and the same diets supplemented with 1,000U/kg (250mg/kg), 9,000U/kg (2250mg/kg) of α-amylase preparation up to 7 day of age, followed by three-week removal of amylase, to investigate possible carry-over effects of short-time enzyme supplementation on the development of digestive organs and intestinal enzyme activities. The results showed: there was no apparent effect of supplementary amylase on relative weights of liver, gizzard, proventriculus, relative length of small intestine, and the activities of amylase and protease in small intestinal contents. The relative weight of small intestine, however, increased by 4.2%~47.6% on day 7, by 5.4%~34.0% (P<0.05) and 13.8%~20.4% after 3 days (day 10) and 7 days (day 14) removal of dietary amylase, respectively. On day 21, all the parameters of digestive organs remained paralleled. A significant depression of intestinal amylase activity of all experimental groups were observed after 7 day removal of dietary amylase. The activity of intestinal protease was unaffected in all periods. These results implied that exogenous amylase had a carry-over effect on the endogenous enzyme activity in broilers.
