青年教师提高有机化学教学质量的研究与实践

摘    要:就青年教师如何提高教学能力和有机化学的整体教学质量进行了研究探讨和实践。通过增强课堂教学的直观性、形象性和可接受性,分组讨论和辩论,学生轮流讲评、谈学习体会,考试方式改为开、闭卷结合及撰写研究性论文相结合等具体措施,提高了青年教师的教学能力及水平,进一步增强了青年教师的教学责任感,从整体上提高了有机化学课程的教学质量。

Abstract:This article is about a the study and practice of young teachers to improve the capacity and the overall quality of organic chemistry teaching.Young teachers can improve their vocational level and their teaching sense of responsibility through enhancing the visual,acceptability and image of class teaching,and through the group discussions and debate,students taking turns in comments of the learning experience,and the changes of examination modes and so on.
