| 摘 要： | 本文根据“团队”理论，介绍了我院在新农村建设中，组建科技团队和团队创新所作的探索与实践。在加强科技团队建设过程中，我院的科研、技术推广、为地方经济服务、助推社会主义新农村建设等方面工作均取得了显著的成效。该研究对农业高校、科研院所在为“三农”服务和新农村建设中可提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on Team Theories, this paper introduces the exploration & practice on sci-tech team construction and team innovation of our college in the course of building a new socialist countryside. During team building, our college has made remarkable achievements in scientific research, technology popularization, serving local economy, promoting the building of a new socialist countryside and so on. This research would provide helpful references for agricultural colleges and scientific research institutes to serve agriculture, rural areas, farmers and the building of a new socialist countryside. |
