| 摘 要： | 以改进的Miller盐析法为基础方法,通过优化操作规程、改进操作步骤等手段,提取纯化了白牦牛抗凝全血样品中的基因组DNA,并对其纯度、浓度进行了检测分析.结果表明:该方法简便易行,所获基因组DNA纯度高,浓度适宜,适用于RAPD、RFLP等遗传多态性的分析研究.

| Abstract: | Employing Miller¢s salting out through optimization of protocol and improvement of operation steps ,We established the isolation method of genomic DNA suitable for whole blood sample of TIANZHU white yaks, and isolated and purified the DNA of the samples ,as well as determined its purification and concentration. The result showed that purification and concentration of the DNA isolated with improved method were optimal and could be used in genetic polymorphism analysis such as RAPD, RFLP. |
