凝结水对盐穗木(Halostachys caspica)叶绿素荧光参数及水分利用效率的影响

摘    要:为明确凝结水对不同盐生境下盐穗木(Halostachys caspica)的生态作用,以生长于不同盐渍化生境(S_0、S_1、S_2)的盐穗木为研究对象,综合分析有凝结水(W_1)和无凝结水(W_0)对盐穗木的叶绿素荧光参数和水分利用效率的影响。结果表明:(1)W_0处理时,不同盐渍化程度的盐穗木群落的PSII反应中心的激发能捕获效率(Fv'/Fm')、实际光化学效率(ΦPSII)和电子传递速率(ETR)3个叶绿素荧光参数均显著降低(P0.05),S_2盐穗木群落的光下最大荧光(Fm')和非光化学猝灭系数(qN)及S_1盐穗木群落的最小初始荧光(Fo)、暗适应下最大荧光(Fm)、Fm'、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和qN参数也显著降低(P0.05)。(2)S_0群落中,W_1可以提高叶片水势,然而W_0处理却降低叶片水势;S_1群落中,W_0和W_1处理时均能提高叶片水势,而W_1处理则能更大的提高植物叶片水势;S_2群落中,W_0和W_1处理均能提高植物叶片水势,而W_0处理能更大的提高植物叶片水势。(3)不同盐渍化梯度下,W_1和W_0处理时盐穗木净光合速率(Pn)日变化均为单峰曲线。仅S_2盐穗木群落存在不明显的午休现象;S_0和S_1盐穗木群落的Pn日均值W_1和W_0处理时差异显著(P0.05)。(4)S_2盐穗木群落的水分利用效率(WUE)在W_1和W_0处理时均高于S_0和S_1盐穗木群落;W_0处理可以提高S_2盐穗木群落的WUE,降低S_0和S_1盐穗木群落的WUE。

Abstract:To evaluate the ecological effect of dew to Halostachys caspica in 3 different salinity habitats,the chlorophyll fluorescence and water use efficiency under presence and absence dew were measuered and analyzed.The results showed that:① In 3 different salinity habitats community of Halostachys caspica,W0 could significantly reduce theirs Fv'/Fm',ΦPSII and ETR(P <0.05).In S2 community of Halostachys caspica W0 would significantly reduce its Fm',and qN(P < 0.05).In S1 community of Halostachys caspica W0 would significantly reduce its Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm,Fm',and qN(P < 0.05).② In S0 community,W1 can improve the leaf water potential,however W0 treatment decreased leaf water potential;In S1 community,W1 and W0 treatment could improve the leaf water potential,W1 treatment can enhance the plant leaf water potential;In S2 community,W0 and W1 treatment could improve the leaf water potential of plants,and the treatment of W0 can enhance the plant leaf water potential.③ The overall performance of the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of presence and absence dew in 3 different salinity habitats are single-peaked curve.A subtle photosynthetic noon-break phenomenon was only found in S2 community.The Pn of S0 and S1 community is significantly difference between W0 and W1 (P < 0.05).④ The plant water use efficiency of S2 community of Halostachys caspica (WUE) is greater than S0 and S1 community of Halostachys caspica.Absence condensation can improve the WUE of S0 and S2 Halostachys caspica community,while reduce the WUE of S1 Halostachys caspica community.
