| 摘 要： | 以屠宰奶山羊的新鲜卵巢为材料,利用抽吸法和切割冲卵法相结合,回收可培养卵丘-卵母细胞复合体(COC),回收率为1 43个/卵巢。将可培养COC置于M199+FBS培养液(10%)+10IU/mLFSH+20μg/mLLH培养微滴中,在5%CO2、95%空气、饱和湿度的CO2培养箱中,不同温度下培养24～26h。于38 0℃、38 5℃、39 0℃不同温度下,获得成熟率分别为82 1%,81 6%,83 3%。结果表明只要培养温度在山羊正常体温的变化范围内,则有腔卵母细胞的体外成熟率就没有明显差异。

In Vitro Maturation of Oocytes from Slaughtered Goats |

| Abstract: | In this experiment fresh ovary from slaughtered goats is used as the material. By making use of the method of taking out oocytes with incise to wash the egg method combines together, recovering cumulus oocytes complexes (COC) can be educated, recovery rate is 143/ovary. This kind of COC is placed in M199 + the FBS (10%) educated liquid+FSH (10?IU/mL) + LH (20?μg/mL) educated tiny inside, in the CO2 educated box of 5% CO2, 95% air, saturated degree of humidity, the different temperature descends to educate 24～26?h. In 380?℃, 385?℃, 390?℃ different temperatures, the maturation rate distinguishes to 821%, 816%, 833%. The result expresses as long as the educated temperature is within the scope of the variety of the normal body temperature in goat, then the maturation rate in vitro has no obvious difference. |
