| 摘 要： | 本文对普氏野马的染色体核型及多态性作了观察。结果表明，在二倍体细胞中有３２对常染色体，总臂数（ＮＦ）为８８，以臂比值将它们分Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ３组。野马与家马比较，常染体总臂数相同，差别在于家马多一对中部着丝点染色体。

| Abstract: | The Chromosomal complement and its polymorphism of Equus przewalskii in-troduced back to the original habitat in Gansu from USA and Germany were studied. The re-sults showed that the numbers of somatic chromosomes were 66,of which there were 32pairs of atitosome with NF of 88 and 1 pair of sex chromosome.The autosomes were dividesinto three grotips fls metacentric,submetacentric and telocentric chromosomes. The differenceof the karyotypes between domestic horse(Equusd cabalhus)and Equus przewalskii was thatthe domestic horse had one more pair of metacentric chromosome. |
