| 摘 要： | 长距离引调水工程是实现水资源优化配置的重要手段,特别是在西部地区其具有规模大、隧洞占比高、地质条件复杂和线路长、建设周期长、项目类型多等特点,工程质量管理与控制难度大。以云南滇中引水工程为依托,分析当前西南地区长距离引调水工程质量管理中的问题和难点,研究加强质量管理和控制的措施,提出了“1+3”监管模式等质量管控对策,取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | The long-distance water diversion project is an important way to realize the optimal allocation of water resources,especially in the western region,it has the characteristics of large scale,high proportion of tunnels,complex geological conditions and long lines,long construction period,and many types of projects,so it is difficult to manage and control the quality of the project.Based on the water diversion project in Central Yunnan,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the quality management of the long-distance water diversion project in Southwest China,studies the measures to strengthen the quality management and control,and puts forward the“1+3”supervision mode and other quality control measures,which have achieved good results and provided a useful reference for the construction and management of the long-distance water diversion project in Western China. |
