| 摘 要： | 综述了苎麻细胞工程、基因工程、分子标记及辅助选择育种等生物技术的研究进展,并提出了组织培养和再生体系存在的问题,对利用高效的遗传转化方法开展苎麻功能基因组学研究的前景进行了展望,以期为生物技术在我国苎麻育种和种质创新上的利用提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the research advance in biotechnology of ramie,including cell engineering,genetic engineering,molecular marker and marker-assisted selection breeding;put forward the existent problems in tissue culture and regeneration system of ramie;and discussed the prospects of using high-efficient genetic transformation method to study the functional genomics in ramie. |
