酱油中氨基酸态氮测量的不确定度

摘    要:参照GB/T 5009.39—2003,采用容量分析法测定酱油中氨基酸态氮含量。通过对氨基酸态氮的测定进行不确定度的评估试验,表达出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为氨基酸态氮的测定提供有效、可靠的测量数据。

Abstract:The study is based on GB/ T 5009.39-2003,using volumetric analysis to measure the contents of amino nitrogen in sauce.According to assays based on the evaluation of the uncertainty of measurement result for amino nitrogen in sauce,the subsequent outcomes of standard uncertainty and extent uncertainty provide a series of efficient and credible measurement data.
