| 摘 要： | 文章简述了“油橄榄丰产栽培和灌溉技术培训团”于2012年至以色列进行现场考察、技术培训、学术交流与讨论。通过学习和培训总结出以色列油橄榄种植、本土消耗与外贸、主要栽培品种、主要种植模式、整形修剪技术、节水灌溉技术、采收与加工等几个方面的技术和内容。并根据云南省与以色列油橄榄产业发展的差距，借鉴此次培训的知识和内容，提出发展和推动云南省油橄榄产业发展的几点建议，以期为云南省乃至中国油橄榄产业的发展添砖加瓦。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced the＆quot;olive cultivation and irrigation technology training group＆quot;in 2012 to Israel on-site visits, technical training, academic exchanges and discussions. Through learning and training, then summarized several aspects of the technology and content of olive： Israeli olive cultivation, domestic consumption and foreign trade, the main varieties, the main planting patterns, pruning technology, water-saving irrigation techniques, harvesting and processing According to the development of olive industry in our province, and the knowledge we studied, put forward several suggestions for developing and promoting the olive industry in Yunnan Province. |
