晒烟幼苗期接种VA菌根真菌的研究

摘    要:在晒烟幼苗期,使用VA菌根其菌接种剂,促进了晒烟的生长,叶面积增加;接种VA菌根处理比对照和施稀土处理增产13.07%及9.79%,接种VA菌根并喷施稀土比对照增产6.17%,比施稀土增产3.61%;同时接种VA菌根还增加了烟叶的氮、磷、钾、烟碱等成分的含量,提高了晒烟的品质和经济效益。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of VA mycorrhizal inoculation on tobacco as treated at seedling stage in the field condition. The results indicated that the yield of the tobacco inoculated with VA mycorrhiza increased by 13.07% and 19.79% over that of the non-inoculation and the rare earth application,respectively;As the seedlings double treated with both VA mycorrhizd inoculant and rare earth,the yield increased by 6.71% and 3.61% over that of the non-inoculation and the sole rare earth ferilization,respectively;The contents of N. P. K. Nico Tine. etc., in the tobacco foliage, were significantly increased as well. So VA mycorrhizal inoculation could improve the quality and increase the economic output of tobacco.
