高温对高羊茅和狗牙根几个生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:用40℃高温处理高羊茅和狗牙根,并以25℃为对照,比较高温胁迫下,高羊茅和狗牙根超氧物岐化酶、过氧化物酶、脯氨酸、丙二醛、电导率的差异,结果表明:25℃时上述5个指标差别小,40℃处理3h和24h后,高羊茅和狗牙根的SOD活性分别上升42%和50%,POD活性分别上升114%和287%,PRO含量分别上升800%和1200%,MDA含量分别上升101%和94%,REC分别上升170%和107%。说明高温胁迫下,高羊茅细胞膜脂过氧化严重,生理功能紊乱,抗性下降,这是高羊茅越夏困难、易发病的主要原因。

Abstract:Compared with the temperature of 25℃,the difference of the enzyme activity of SOD and POD,contents of PRO and MDA and REC of Festuca arundinacea Schreb and Cynodon dactylon at the temperature of 40℃ had been studied.The results showed that the 5 indexes above had less difference at the temperature of 25℃;after 3h' and 24h' treatment at the temperature of 40℃,the activities of SOD of Fesruca arundinacea Schreb and Cynodon dactylon were risen by 42% and 50%,respectively;the activities of POD were risen by 114% and 287% respectively;content of PRO were risen by 800% and 1200%,MDA content were risen by 101% and 94%,and REC by 170% and 107% respectively.The experiment showed that Fesruca arundinacea Schreb was difficult in oversummering and was induced diseases because of serious lipid peroxidation,physiological functional disorder and decrease of resistance at high temperature.
