基于GIS的突发性水环境污染事件应急保障系统研究

摘    要:结合建立河南省突发性水环境污染事件应急保障系统的需求,以黄河岸边某污染物连续排放点源排放的污迁移过程为例,运用GIS分析了突发性水环境污染物扩散的模型,运用该模型进行了连续排放点源排放的污染物在水中迁移的过程模拟,讨论了基于GIS的突发性水环境污染事件应急保障系统体系结构、数据组成,提出了该系统的建设方案、主要功能及运行模式。
