小麦温光敏雄性核不育系K78S不育性的遗传研究

摘    要:K78S是以重庆温光敏小麦核不育系C49S-87转育的新不育系.为研究其不育性的遗传特性,利用组合K78S/1069和C49S-87/1069的杂种F1构建了2个DH群体即DH-1和DH-2群体,并对群体内各DH株系的育性进行了2个播期(2007年10月15日和10月25日)的重复鉴定.结果表明,DH-1和DH-2群体在2个播期间套袋结实率的相关系数分别为0.8050~(**)和0.6828~*,育性鉴定结果具有较好的一致性;通过曲线拐点法和卡方测验分析,DH-1的结实率在2个播期均表现为1∶3∶3∶9的分离比,表明K78S的不育性由2对隐性基因控制;DH-2在第1播期也表现为1∶3∶3∶9的分离比,但第2播期由于不育系C49S-87(套袋结实率达到17.1%)及其DH群体的不育性部分恢复,表现为1∶15的分离比,表明C49S-87的不育性仍由2对隐性基因控制.此外,DH-1、DH-2的套袋结实率分别在0~99.1%和0~98.8%的范围内均有分布,只是频数不同,因此不排除有微效多基因参与不育性的表达.

Abstract:K78S is a new sterile line transferred from C49S-87, a thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile wheat line introduced from Chongqing. In order to understand the inheritance of sterility of K78S, two DH (doubled haploid) populations DH-1 and DH-2, separately derived from F1 of K78S/1069 and C49S-87/1069, were constructed with wheat×maize system. And the fertility of DH plants was investigated in two sowing dates (Oct. 15 and Oct. 25, 2007). The correlation coefficients of bagged seed-set rates for DH-1 and DH-2 between both sowing dates were 0.8050~(**) and 0.7066~*, respectively. Curve-flexion and Chi-square analyses indicated that the observed segregation of seed-set rates for DH-1 fits to a 1∶3∶3∶9 ratios in both sowing dates, suggesting the male sterility of K78S was controlled by two segregate recessive genes, the same result was got in first sowing date of DH-2, while in the second sowing, the ratio changed to 1∶15 because of the partial restoring of fertility for C49S-87 and the individuals, which meant two recessive genes were involved in the express of fertility of C49S-87. In addition, despite the difference in frequency distribution, the bagged seed-set rates for DH-1 and DH-2 varied at 0~99.1% and 0~98.8%, respectively, indicating minor genes also influence the fertility of K78S and C49S-87.
