雏鸡缺硒病实验研究

摘    要:一日龄来航雏鸡饲喂低硒玉米一豆饼基础日粮。本实验分三组,第Ⅰ组雏鸡喂低硒玉米一豆饼基础日粮,混饲维生素 E(10mg/kg日粮),同时肌肉注射维生素 E(醋酸生育酚注射液,按30mg/10g 体重,每两周注射一次),第Ⅱ组雏鸡喂同一基础日粮,只混饲维生素 E(同1组),不再肌肉注射,第Ⅲ组亦喂同一基础日粮,加0.2ppm 硒(亚硒酸钠态硒),混饲维生素 E(同Ⅱ组)。在实验的八周期间,Ⅱ组雏鸡在实验的19天出现渗出性素质。以不同途径补给维生素 E(口服或肌肉注射)的结果表明,第1组与第Ⅱ组雏鸡的发病率分别为5%和40%,只第Ⅱ组有死亡,其死亡率为20%。由于硒缺乏导致雏鸡食欲减速,生长不良,羽毛蓬乱,下痢并引起渗出性素质和胰腺纤维化;而补硒的第Ⅲ组雏鸡则生长良好,没有渗出性素质及胰腺纤维化的症状。


INFLUENCE OF LOW—SELENIUM DIETUPON BABY CHICKS
Abstract:One-day-old white Leghorn chicks fed with a corn—soya basal diet(BD)from low-selenium geographic areas were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ lots,lot Ⅰ wasfed BD+V_E(10mg/kg diet)and intramuscularly injected(tocopherol acetate acid30μg/10g wieght),lot Ⅱ BD+VE(10mg/kg diet),and lot Ⅲ BD+0.2 ppm Se(as sodium selenile)+VE(10mg/kg diet)for 8 weeks in the experiment.Exudative diathesis(ED)by day 19 of the experiment began to appear inlot Ⅱ,whilein lot I ED appeared by day 35.The results showed the lots Ⅰ,Ⅱsupplemented with vitamin E in different ways(per os or intramuscularly)indicated that incidence from Ⅰand Ⅱ were 5% and 40%,respectively,mortal-ity of lot Ⅱ was 20%.Deficiency of selenium resulted in anorexia,poorgrowth,poor feathering,diarrhea,ED and pancreatic fibrisis.The control chicks lot Ⅲ supplemented with selenium grew well and showedno sign of ED and pancreatic fibrisis.
