人工老化处理对小麦种胚及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:实验结果表明小麦种子经人工老化处理后,种胚过氧化氢酶活性明显降低,但种子重量、α-粉酶活性、相对电导值、MDA含量、SOD活性及TTC还原量在经人工老化处理和未经老化处理种子间的差异均不显著。小麦种子老化的一个重要原因是过氧化氢酶活性降低,H_2O_2积累,对细胞造成毒害。种子经人工老化处理后,能萌发生长的幼苗在长势上劣于未处理种子的幼苗,较明显的表现为根系发育不好,根冠比下降,根系活力降低。但SOD、CAT活性在老化处理未与老化处理种子幼苗之间变化不大。SOD同功酶谱带数目不受人工老化处理影响。

Abstract:Some physiological and biochemical indexes of artificial ageing wheat germ and seedling were analyzed here.The results showed that the activity of catalase of ageing seedembuyo was obviously lower than that of normal seedembryo.But the seed weight,α-amylase activity,conductance value,MDA content and the reduction value of TTC had no significant difference between ageing and normal seeds. This indicates that an important reason for ageing of wheat seed is the decreasing of catalase activity and theaccumulating of H2O2, which has made cell toxis.The sixth day seeding that had been treated by artificial ageing during seeds were inferior to normal seeding. The roots didnot develope well. The root shoot ratio was low. But SOD and CAT activity did not change much between normal and ageing seedling.
