| 摘 要： | 本试验从成都地区出现典型鸭传染性浆膜炎剖检变化的病例中分离得到17株细菌,经过病料触片染色、细菌分离培养、生化试验、PCR等方法鉴定为鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)。并进一步对其血清型进行了鉴定,结果显示:有10个分离菌株与1型RA阳性血清发生阳性反应,其余7株未定型。

| Abstract: | 17 bacterial strains were isolated from duck that infectious serositis typical pathological change of the cases in Chengdu.That bacteria were proced as RA after diseased contacts staining,bacterial isolation,biochemical tests and PCR.Then,their serotypes were identified,the results showed that 10 isolates of serotype 1-positive RA sera were positive,and the remaining were not stereotypes. |
