摘    要:高原鼢鼠历来是草原的主要杀手,该鼠不仅影响植物的生长,而且严重制约草原畜牧业的发展和生态恢复。为此,我们针对高原鼢鼠对青藏高原天然草地的危害程度,从基本概述、试验目的、试验方法等几个方面着手,以囊谦县天然草地为试验基地,以“高原鼢鼠”为试验对象,以“溴敌隆和大隆母液”为试验药物,通过试验,详细掌握了高原鼢鼠的危害程度及分布范围,为科学考量高原鼢鼠的危害性提供了依据。

Abstract:Grassland plateau zokor is always the major killer, it not only affects the growth of plants, but also seriously restricts-the development of prairie stock raising and ecological restoration. Therefore, we aimed at determining the erosion degree of plateau zokor on the tibetan plateau natural grassland from the basic overview, test objectives, test method and other aspects, and the natural grassland of Nangqian county as experimental base, the "plateau zokor (myospalax baileyi)" as a research object, and the "bromadiolone and brodifacoummother liquor" as trial drugs in the experiment. At last, we mastered the plateau zokor's harm degree and range, and provided scientific basis for future considerations of plateau zokor.
