| 摘 要： | 本文报告了庆大霉素在健康成年马体内的药动学。肌肉注射后血清药物浓度—时间曲线符合一级吸收与消除的单室开放式模型。按单室开放式模型的数学式计算出的理论值与实测值相符(见表1)。计算出的药动学参数值列于表2。多剂量给药的参数载于表3。

| Abstract: | The pharmacokinetics of Gentamicin in healthy adult horses is reported inthis paper.After intramuscular administration,serum drug Concentration versus timecurve conformed to single-compartment open model with first order absorp-tion and elimination.The theoretical values that were calculated by mathematical expression ofsingle-compartment open model accorded with the determinated values (seetable 1).Values of pharmacokinetic parameters were given in table 2.Parame-ters of multiple dosing were tabulated in table 3. |
