摘    要:以柱面弯曲为例,利用工算法对多点成形过程进行了模拟,并与静态隐式算法相结合,对板条多点成形回弹现象的主要影响因素进行了分析。同时,对利用动态松弛算法和静态隐式算法回弹分析结果及CPU时间进行了对比,证明了隐式算法计算回弹的高效与合理。

Abstract:In this paper, the two methods are investigated to simulate multi point bending and subsequently spring back processes. One is the dynamic relaxation method with explicit FE code and the other is the BFGS method with implicit FE code. The solutions of the two methods coincide well, however the later is more effective and economical. So the explicit FE code is used to model the multi point forming process and the implicit FE code is used to model the subsequent spring back process. The influence of different factors, such as blank material, thickness, punch force, and the forming technology, on the spring back and shape precision of multi point cylindrically bending process is simulated in detail.
