山西省小麦白粉病寄主范围研究

摘    要:用小麦白粉病菌11个生理小种的混合菌种,对山西省小麦近缘植物的4个属、15个种的63份材料进行接种,除3份免疫外,其余均接种成功。用其中3个属,11个种的39份小麦近缘植物产生的小麦白粉病菌,对小麦回接亦全部成功。小麦白粉病菌生理小种对小麦近缘植物的寄生像在小麦上一样,有明显的寄生专化性。感病小麦近缘植物的94.7%对小麦白粉病菌的感病性,随生育期增长而急剧下降。文中也初步讨论了小麦白粉病中间寄主的作用。

Abstract:As we apply the mixture of 11 races of Erysiphe graminis f. sp. tritici (EGT) to inoculate 63 samples of wheat close relative plants(WCRP) of 15 species of 4 genera in Shanxi Province, it is found that the most samples are infected except 3, When we inoculate back to wheat with the EGT obtained from 39 infected samples of WCRP of 11 Species of 3 genera, the disease appears in all wheat plants inoculated. The races of EGT show same obvious specifisity to WCRP as to wheat, the higher age of plants the lower susceptibility in 94.7% susceptible WCRP.
