| 摘 要： | 抚州市具有独特的人文生态景观,丰富的生物景观、地文景观、农业生态旅游景观和湿地生态旅游景观,在生态旅游资源开发利用中存在的主要问题是生态旅游滞后、基础设施落后、景点分散和景区容量小。为此,在生态旅游资源开发利用中要坚持保护、开发与利用三统一的原则,特色原则,生态环境教育原则和市场导向原则。要实施超常规发展战略,多层次、多样化开发生态旅游产品战略和品牌战略。采取切实可行的、科学有效的对策措施,包括生态重建,合理规划生态旅游资源的开发利用,积极开展旅游区域合作,开发适应市场需求的旅游产品,加快招商引资力度等,以保障旅游业健康快速地发展。

| Abstract: | Fuzhou city possessed sole humane ecological landscape,and possessed rich biological landscape,geographical landscape,agricultural ecotourism landscape and wetland ecotourism landscape.The existing problems was ecotourism backwardness,the base instrument backwardness,spot point decentralization and small spot capability in ecotourism resource development and utilization.So,the principles of unification of protection,development,and utilization,characteristic,ecotourism environmental education,and market guide direction should be insisted in the ecotourism resource development and utilization.The supernormal developmental stratagem,the stratagem of developing ecotourism product by multilevel and diversification,and the brand stratagem should be applied.The feasible,scientific,and effective countermeasures and measures were adopted including the ecological reconstruction,reasonably planning the ecotourism resource development and utilization,developing tour area cooperation actively,developing the tour product met the market demand,and strengthening the power of attracting investments from overseas so as to prove tour industry's developing healthily and fast. |
