| 摘 要： | 在对榆林市煤炭开采区生态环境现状进行调查的基础上,分析了煤炭开采对榆林市水资源、土地资源以及生态环境造成影响和破坏的主要原因是:煤炭开采的生态治理制度不完善、环境补偿机制缺乏和生态环境标准不统一等。鉴此,提出了申请综合配套改革、建立生态环境补偿机制、落实大型企业应当承担的社会责任,以及在煤矿土地利用规划调整中同时做好林业生态建设用地的规划等策略,以期有效地减小煤炭开采对生态环境的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the ecological environment current status of Coal development area in yulin city,this paper analyzed the influence and destruction about water resources,land resources,the ecological environment in yulin city.The results shown that the main reason for the current situation were such as the coal mining ecological management system not perfected,lack of the environment compensation mechanism and ecological environment common standard,and so on.Based on this,the paper put forward a series of corresponding prevention strategies,including application synthetically reform,establishing ecological compensation mechanism,implement shouldered the social responsibility in large enterprise,and do well land use planning of forestry ecological construction at the same time coal mine land use planning and adjustment.That may help to reduce the coal mining on the ecological environment of influence. |
