| Abstract: | New type of complex fruit,vegetable and meat sausages is a new kind of food which is researched by adding right amout vegetables such as carrots,soybean protein,starch,meat and some spice on the basis of traditional western sausages.Comparing with traditional sausages,the new type of sausages is rich in nutrition and low in production lost. |
