胶锈菌在贴梗海棠上发育过程的电镜观察

摘    要:采用电镜技术研究了胶锈菌在贴梗海棠上的发育过程,发现位于寄主细胞间隙的单核菌丝可直接侵入寄主细胞形成吸器.成熟吸器呈菌丝状或者由细长的颈部和膨大的吸器体构成.吸器也可形成于幼叶的微管束细胞内,但随后者的进一步分化,吸器趋于坏死.性孢子器呈瓶状,每一性孢子梗可在近同一部位上产生多个性孢子,产孢方式为整体芽生环痕式,并具瓶体式特征.锈孢子器通常呈杯状,每一锈孢子梗可由上向下连续产生多个锈孢子,锈孢子成串排列.成熟的锈孢子体表分布有利状突起.

Abstract:The development of Gymnusyxrranyimn hcrraennm on Chaenmeles speciusn was examited with electron microscopy.The observation showed that intercellular hyphae with single nucleus directly penetrated the host cell walls and formed haustoria inside host cells.The mature haustoria were in hypha shape or consisted of a tube-like neck and a expanded body.The haustoria could also be formed in host vascular cells of young leaves,but they became death with the differentiation of the later.It was found that py cnium was in flask shape,a number of pycniospores were produced successively at a nearly fixed locus on a pycniosporophore were produced successively at a nearly fixed locus on a pycniosporophore,and pycniospore formation model was basically annellidic and with characteristic of phialidic developrnent.Aecium was in cup shape,in which a number of aeciospore were successively formed in chain on each aeciosporophore.There are a lot of irregurlar spines on mature aeciospore.
